DevFest 2026 Semarang

DevFest is the annual developer festival held by Google Developer Groups around the world. Developers, builders, students and tech enthusiasts come together to learn, share and build with Google technologies such as Android, Cloud, Web and AI.

This year GDG Semarang hosts DevFest 2026 under the theme "Build secure skills for developers and builders in the Agentic era." The aim is to help you build agentic AI solutions responsibly, with a strong focus on security and production readiness.

Talks from Google Developer Experts and industry practitioners cover Agentic Development, Google Antigravity, Cloud Agentic, and Web and Mobile, with live Q&A.

You then choose one of three parallel tracks: Developer Track: hands-on labs on Google products using cloud credits, with a facilitator in every class. Builder Track and Demo Clash: build a solution that goes beyond vibe coding into production, then present it to the judges. Networking Track: small group discussions around shared interests, each guided by a host.

The day wraps up with a relaxed closing session of giveaways and announcements. Along the way, you can connect with developers, builders and professionals who share your passion for technology.

Come if you want to start building with agentic AI, get hands-on with Google products, take an idea from prototype to production, learn from GDEs and practitioners, or meet other builders and developers in Semarang.
